We help companies across all sectors and geographies to establish science-based carbon emission reduction targets and identify feasible measures to achieve them in the most cost-effective way. Our strategy is to maximise your value creation from climate actions.
Your Paris-aligned decarbonisation roadmap is a holistic action plan to achieve net zero carbon emission in line with objective of Paris Accord.

COMPENSATING FOOTPRINT
Our client success stories
In Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) we developed Paris-aligned decarbonisation targets and an investment roadmap for 360 buildings, including schools, hospitals and administrative offices. The project brings 2mln tCO2e in reduced emissions and received 17 mln USD in grant support from the Green Climate Fund. The project also involves the implementation of Energy Management System in all public sector buildings in BiH
Decarbonisation roadmap for buildings
In Georgia, we helped design a sustainable forest management project in line with national climate commitments (NDCs) which covers 270,000 hectares of natural forests. The project will reduce GHG emissions from forest degradation and enhances carbon stock by 5 mln tCO2e. It is a public-private partnership initiative, which involves funding from the Governments of Germany, Georgia, Switzerland and Sweden, as well as private sector and commercial banks
Protecting existing and growing new forests
Our team supported a municipal utility company in designing a decarbonisation roadmap for its Scope 1 emissions, including vehicles. It showed that the gradual replacement of the company’s car fleet with electric vehicles (EV) alongside the installation of solar PV-based charging infrastructure is technically feasible and economically viable with investment return in up to 5 years
